Your course will take you on a journey towards being confident to take the lead in delivering health and well being related activities for a range of participants. It will cover key aspects of physical fitness, nutrition, safeguarding, ensuring activites and facilities are safe, the roles and responsibilities of leading health and well being related sessions, planning, delivering and reflecting on activity sessions and providing a safe, fun and engaging environment for your participants regardless of their age, gender, ability and health. You will explore what impacts your efforts could have on the emotional and psychological well being of your participants and how to lead them towards an overall improvement in their physical and mental health.
